After the set up phase in September 2009 PDAgroup delivered the first two premiere performance workshops for selected partners, chosen by the regional management team. The enablement configurator was used here to create and deliver a customized workshop for the partners. Furthermore, local facilitators were selected, qualified and trained in the APJ region to be best prepared for delivering workshops in 2010.
