Innovation Project Examples
Talent Net“The IT supported recruiting platform”Talent Net standardizes recruiting activities for SAP Partners all over the world. The processes of applying and hiring are optimized to a very high degree. Enhanced with useful and important information for employers and applicants, Talent Net offers extra features like an individual skill based analysis or a virtual assessment interview. Furthermore business games that allow deeper insights in various personal competencies to speed up team performance, are actually under way in our labs. » To our Talent Net platform Mergers & AcquisitionsOur Mergers & Acquisitions activities are highly relevant for small and medium enterprises to maintain sustainable growth and wealth. The likelihood that a deal can be completed, and considered “successful” is still relatively low. The realization of an independent internet platform with customized SME related M&A information coming together with up-to-date benchmarking databases and social networks is only one of our current project proposals. Social MediaSocial Media has the potential to enlarge relevant networks and boost businesses to an unbelievable extent. In order to understand the appropriate use of social media in this context, a series of investigations is up and running. The results will be prepared for dissemination via online trainings. |
