The Best Performance Challenge has been designed for SAP Channel Partners keen to discover new ways of working and develop their existing capability to survive in this competitive market through difficult times. The challenge comprises of tasks which all relate to success, both through rehearsals in role play & case study situations and in achieving increased business and an expanding customer base through the duration of the challenge.

Exercises are set to fine tune your skills in working with prospects and customers to win new business. Challenge yourself and your company!

As in the best competitions the Best Performance Challenge consists of several phases, some of which score points, others will be required if you are to succeed:

  • Phase 1 - Qualifying with your Business Plan achievement for 2009: over 80%, and individual participants meeting the entry criteria
  • Phase 2 – Fitness Check & Planning
  • Phase 3 – Preparation, Get ready to be the Best Performer using your coaching team
  • Phase 4 – Take part in the "Best Performance Day", where you will have 90 minutes to present a case study
  • Phase 5 – Measure your ongoing success through the "Best Performance View"

Scores get rolled up for the final ranking of all participating teams. The winners will get an award (and reward), all finishers will get recognized, with a ranking being published at a regional level.
